This is the Allcare Ponds customised bottom drain with air dome aeration. We have used this drain in 90% of ponds we've constructed and highly recomend it.
This unit completely replaces the Standard Bottom Drain. Connection of air via 25mm pressure pipe is through the bottom of the drain. This allows the air supply to enter the sump independent of the water outlet pipe thus eliminating the possibility of restriction to the water flow and somewhere else for blanket weed to attach.
